Jack McMorrow is a Certified Family Law Specialist certified by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. Since being admitted to the California Bar in 2014, Jack has dedicated his entire legal career exclusively to family law, representing clients in a broad range of complex family law matters with skill, compassion, and strategic advocacy.
Jack has extensive experience handling all aspects of family law matters from inception through settlement or trial, as well as post-judgment proceedings. His practice includes dissolution of marriage, paternity actions involving complex financial issues, domestic violence restraining orders, breaches of fiduciary duty, child custody and support, spousal support, property valuation and division, and the drafting and negotiation of premarital, post-marital, cohabitation, transmutation, and settlement agreements. Whether litigating high-conflict matters or guiding clients toward amicable resolutions, Jack approaches every case with analytical precision while keeping the bigger picture in focus. He is committed to providing steady guidance during what is often one of the most challenging periods in his clients' lives.
Beyond his private practice, Jack is an active leader within California's legal community. He currently serves as Co-Chair of the Family Law Section of the Beverly Hills Bar Association and previously served as President of both the BHBA Barristers Section and the California Young Lawyers Association. He also serves on the Board of Directors of the Harriett Buhai Center for Family Law, a nonprofit organization dedicated to protecting victims of domestic violence and improving the well-being of children living in poverty. Jack is a frequent author and speaker on family law topics, and his work has been featured in the Los Angeles Lawyer Magazine and Family Law News. He has been recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star every year since 2017.
Jack earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Southern California's Marshall School of Business before receiving his Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University School of Law. A third-generation attorney and second-generation family law attorney, Jack brings a lifelong passion for family law and unwavering dedication to serving his clients.
